Beaux Frères strives to produce high quality wines from Pinot noir grapes following classical Burgundian winegrowing practices.

Beaux Frères cellar technique is characterized by minimal 'handling' of the material. All of this is aimed at preserving the character of the terroir, the personality of the vintage, and the quality of the wine.

After a decade of experience, we have observed that their wines develop exceptionally well in the bottle, which is, of course, their primary objective. The wines become far more complex, nuanced, and layered with bottle age, one of the magical things about unmanipulated, uncompromised Pinot Noir.

	Beaux Frères Pinot Noir Estate 2009 Price $80.00  $80 / bottle Wine Spectator 94 Points! the 2009 Beaux Freres Pinot Noir Estate is a beguiling wine, highly aromatic and perfumed. On the palate, it currently shows a broad, supple character with mouth-filling fruit that tends to a saturated dark red, framed by gentle toast notes and expressing a clear minerality, and has truly amazing length. For a wine with a track record of aging, it was deliciously forward. I drank part of the bottle the first night, and it went down very nicely indeed. On the second night, the wine became more expansive, and starting to show a bit more power. The fruit had gained weight, and that tremendously long finish was, if anything, even longer. After four days on my counter, the lush, upfront fruit finally gave way to some submerged structure.
