We can process MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We follow
standard web protocols to ensure that all financial information you provide
remains safe and secure.
Order and shipment confirmations
If you place your order online, you will instantly receive an order confirmation
via email. Should you need to make any changes to the order at that time, please
reply to the confirmation message and we will make the changes for you. We
send a shipment confirmation after you order has been shipped.
Shipping: In General
An adult signature is required at time of delivery. We strongly recommend
delivery to a business address. UPS will attempt to deliver your package 3
times, and then it will be returned to us. We are not responsible for failed
deliveries. Returned packages will be reshipped upon request.
Weather allowing, we ship your order within a few days of when you place your
order. We ship Monday through Wednesday of each week, with the exception of
some holidays. Air shipments are sent on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay
as soon as possible. Please note that we deal with many small, idiosyncratic
producers. Acquiring wine from these producers can incur delays.
Fine wines are subject to supply and demand. You will be charged when you
place your order, regardless of actual shipping date. This is required to hold
the wines in your name, so they are not sold to someone else.
We automatically hold back orders during the hottest and coldest and hottest
parts of the year. We base this decision on the weather along the shipping
route, as well as the weather at your delivery location. We store your order
for free in our temperature-controlled warehouse. Orders will be shipped automatically
as weather permits. You may instruct us to ship by air at any time for an additional
shipping cost. You may also instruct us to send the wine at any time by ground
shipment – simply send us this waiver by email or fax and we will send
your box immediately, regardless of weather conditions:
"I authorize The Oregon Pinot Noir Club to ship any and all orders immediately
by ground shipment via any common carrier. I agree to take full responsibility
for any damage caused by weather."
Shipping: Wine Club Members
World Class Wine Club members will automatically be charged for UPS 3-day
air during extremely hot or cold weather – about four months per year.
You may opt to have us hold your monthly shipments instead.
Premium Wine Club Members will automatically have their monthly wine shipments
held back during hot or cold weather. You may opt to have your shipment sent
by UPS 3-day air or faster instead.
Your Shipping Confirmation email will contain your UPS tracking number. The
quickest way to track your shipment is to go to www.ups.com to track your shipment.

Setting up an account on the web site
Saving your billing, shipping, and credit card information at the Oregon Pinot
Noir Club secure web site makes checking out easier and faster the next time
you shop. To s et up a profile click here.
We securely store your information, and absolutely do not share it or sell
it to anyone else. Please note that your computer must accept cookies in order
to save or access your account information. It's very easy to update your account
information. Simply log in, and click on the Profile Management link under
My Account. You'll be able to change, update, and save any information you
have stored with us.
Keep in mind that you are able to save several billing addresses in your profile.
(For example, you might have one billing address for purchasing for yourself
and another for purchasing for your relatives.)
Account log-in trouble-shooting
1. Your password is case-sensitive. Please check to be sure Caps Lock is off.
2. If you have a number in your password, and are using an extended keyboard,
please make sure Num Lock is on.
3. Are your cookies enabled? If your computer does not allow cookies, you
will be unable to use or access any account information.
